Emily founded Mountain Practice Management to support the people behind Australia’s healthcare services.
With a lifelong passion for healthcare and extensive experience leading both the public and private sector, Emily has built her career on bridging the gap between quality care and business acumen. From hands-on roles in clinical settings to executive leadership overseeing multi-disciplinary teams, she understands what it takes to keep both people and systems thriving.
After building and managing high-performing clinical environments, Emily recognised a growing need for sustainable, values-led business support within the health sector. Mountain Practice Management was born from that conviction, a commitment to helping leaders build strong, stable organisations that support quality care over the long term.
Emily’s leadership blends clarity and compassion. Her approach is people-first and outcomes-focused, grounded in the belief that when clinicians, teams, and systems work in harmony, the client are better served.
